I’m inspired by my clients every day. I find people who are motivated to change CAN make improvements in their daily lives and I’m happy to help turn those wishes into actions.
I am solution-based, looking to help a client become independent. I’m not anti-medication, but seek to try alternative methods initially, or concurrent to medication.

Depression
Learn how to cope with your feelings and manage your time, energy, relationships and responsibilities. It also helps you develop strategies that will keep the symptoms of depression from interfering with your life or the lives of your family members.
Postpartum Depression
Your body and mind go through many changes during and after pregnancy. If you feel empty, emotionless, sad most of the time, or you feel like you don’t love or care for your baby, you might have postpartum depression.
Anxiety
Regardless of the intensity of your anxiety, symptoms can be managed and fears overcome through reformulating thought patterns in counseling. Being present in a neutral, non-judgmental space where you can express your fears and concerns is helpful in the journey to attain physical, psychological, and emotional relaxation.
Grief
Processing grief due to the death of a spouse or partner can be a turbulent journey of emotional, psychological, and physical pain. The grieving process is different for every individual and it is essential that one has the opportunity to process the entire spectrum of emotions. Grief counseling can be a healthy way to cope with any emotions that may come up.
Infertility
Counseling can help sort out the concerns that arise during this period, and assist in making sense of the more complex emotional issues that may arise. It also provides a place to safely share all of your anxieties, fears, and thoughts without being judged.
PTSD / Trauma

EMDR Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing is used to help individuals process and heal from traumatic memories and other distressing experiences, ultimately reducing associated emotional and psychological distress. It uses bilateral stimulation, often eye movements, to help the brain process and integrate traumatic memories.
Self-esteem and confidence
Counseling helps challenge negative self-talk and build a healthier self-image.
